Beyond the Boardroom

Leading with Culture

Beyond the Boardroom is HCM’s executive event series designed to spark perspective-shifting dialogue beyond the day-to-day demands of revenue cycle management. Hosted at HCM Headquarters, each session features bold thinkers from healthcare and beyond—sharing lessons in leadership, resilience, innovation, and mindset.

The format blends conversation and connection, offering space for healthcare leaders to reflect, recharge, and walk away with insights they can apply across their work and life.

Join us in November for our next event, where we’ll explore how strong workplace culture drives performance, engagement, and growth. Together, we’ll unpack today’s most pressing culture challenges and share strategies to build trust, alignment, and leadership capacity across teams. The afternoon will feature an interactive keynote and a panel discussion with industry leaders on shaping cultures where people and organizations thrive.
