As healthcare reform continues to take shape in America, more and more people are learning to deal with insurance companies—and about their own financial responsibilities. As this plays out, many experts in the field believe these increases will lead patients to simply stop refilling their prescriptions, or perhaps take them less frequently than advised. Both situations could lead to more significant declines in the health of these patients.
