WHAT IS THE HCM STRATEGIC REFERRAL PARTNER PROGRAM?

  • HCM-Icon The program enables you to refer eligible healthcare providers to HCM. If the referral results in a client relationship, you earn a commission based on the revenue generated.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM?

  • HCM-Icon Anyone with connections to eligible healthcare providers can join. There are no exclusivity requirements, so you can participate in other referral programs simultaneously.

HOW DO I SUBMIT A REFERRAL?

  • HCM-Icon Complete the Prospect Referral Form and send it via email to referral@hcmar.com. HCM will notify you of approval or rejection within five (5) business days.

WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBLITY CRITERIA FOR REFERRALS?

  • HCM-Icon The prospect must not be a current HCM customer or have been a customer in the past 12 months.
  • HCM-Icon The prospect must not already be in active discussions with HCM’s sales team.
  • HCM-Icon HCM reserves the right to disqualify referrals at its discretion.

CAN I REFER MULTIPLE PROSPECTS?

  • HCM-Icon Yes, you can refer as many prospects as you’d like, provided they meet the eligibility criteria.

IS THERE A CONTRACT OR EXCLUSIVITY REQUIREMENT?

  • HCM-Icon The program operates on a non-exclusive basis, so you can engage in other partnerships while participating in HCM’s program.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY REFERRAL IS NOT APPROVED?

  • HCM-Icon HCM will notify you of the decision within five (5) business days. If a referral is not approved, you are welcome to submit other referrals that meet the program criteria.
