Itinerary
- 10:00 am - Depart Indianapolis
- 12:30 pm - Arrive at Churchill Downs
- 6:00 pm - Kentucky Derby Main Event
- 7:30 pm - Depart Louisville
- 11:00 pm - Arrive in Indianapolis*
*HCM is happy to make hotel arrangements in Indianapolis on Friday night before the event and/or Saturday night after the event. Please indicate needs when you RSVP.
Attire
- Women: Elegant dresses or jumpsuits with a statement hat or fascinator, paired with stylish yet comfortable shoes.
- Men: Blazer or sport coat with a dress shirt, tie or bow tie, tailored pants, and comfortable dress shoes.
