We understand the kind of commitment this takes.

Patients are people, not statistics. And because the patient journey doesn’t end at check out, we’re committed to delivering a positive experience that matches the quality of care provided in-facility throughout the revenue cycle. It’s an ongoing process carried out over months, years, and even a lifetime when necessary. That’s the commitment it takes to humanize the patient billing experience and the entire healthcare revenue cycle.

The difference we make

Meaningful patient engagement

Dedicated team members service your account, which means patients talk to the same people again and again. Those people take the time to understand what each patient needs, help them understand why and what they owe, and form a plan to get each bill taken care of.

Increased revenue cycle performance

The real-time dashboard we provide will help you be more nimble than ever. See something you want to dig into and change one day, and watch what the data tells you about that change the next. It’s the perfect mix of being both informed and inspired to be better and better.

Seamless operational integration

We’ll never ask you to change your systems around ours. No matter what you have, we can integrate, report, transition, and usher you into new levels of insight and action. Imagine what you can do for patients with more knowledge at your disposal.
